Use the science of happiness to excel at work and in life.
Less than 30 percent of people say they are deeply happy. That's because an intellectual understanding of what makes us happy isn't enough. It takes intention and practice. I provide step-by-step coaching programs that help people apply cutting-edge neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology to create fulfillment and success at work, in relationships, and in life.
I'm Laura Delizonna, PhD, a Stanford psychologist with 15-years of experience assisting people to reach their dreams. My three positive psychology courses at Stanford University are the three most popular courses in the Continuing Studies Department.
Thousands of people in companies, workshops, courses, and individual coaching have benefited from my cutting-edge techniques. My forthcoming book called "Shift: Self-Coaching for Happiness" walks readers through a step-by-step process to greater happiness. My co-authored handbook "Strategic Happiness: How to increase success and fulfillment at work" guides business people through an action plan to attain and maintain peak performance at work. I am a trainer for Google's Search Inside Yourself program, which teaches business people to increase emotional intelligence and attain greater success (See http://www.siyli.org/take-the-course/siyli-facilitators).

“Thank you for teaching me the important E.I. skills that I will use for the rest of my life. During a recent family reunion, I practiced the S.E.A.T. technique and also the loving- kindness visualization exercise we did in class. My automatic reaction was to criticize my sister’s choice of parenting style, because it differs from mine and I find it controlling. After thinking about her choices, I realized that my sister is doing the best she can given the situation (overbearing attorney husband) and that I can choose to feel empathy for her rather than anger. The S.E.A.T. technique helped me to calm down, observe my emotions, and analyze my triggers.” –R.P.
“Your workshop is the highlight of my week now, and I can really already tell that my emotional intelligence is increasing. :)“—S.L.

The divorce was a liberation for me for my personal growth, a relief and I turned into a whole new person!!! Your meditations and skill sets have helped me a great deal.”—N.R.
